This document constitutes a binding agreement between SOREIN ("the Company") and the Customer.

Section 1 — Manufacturer Warranty (12 Months)

1.1 The Company provides a full warranty for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects and technical malfunctions.

1.2 In the event of a malfunction arising from a manufacturing defect, the Company will replace the product at no additional cost to the Customer, following verification of the claim.

1.3 The warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper use, dropping, exposure to liquids, or physical damage caused by the Customer.

Section 2 — Satisfaction Guarantee — Full Refund (90 Days) 

2.1 Any Customer who is not satisfied with the product for any reason may request a full refund within ninety (90) days of the date of purchase.

2.2 To receive the refund, the product must be returned to the Company in its original packaging, intact and undamaged, at the Customer's expense.

2.3 To initiate the return, the Customer must contact our support team via email with proof of purchase. The refund will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned product.

Section 3 — Results Guarantee — Double Money-Back (90 Days) Exclusive

3.1 The Company stands fully behind its product. Any Customer who has used the device consistently as directed for ninety (90) consecutive days and has not observed a visible improvement shall be entitled to a refund of double the amount paid.

3.2 All claims must be submitted no later than day 105 from the date of purchase.

3.3 Mandatory conditions to qualify for the refund:

A Daily video documentation — minimum 5 minutes per video: The Customer is required to record one video per day for each of the 90 days, with a minimum duration of five (5) minutes, clearly showing the device in active use on the face for the full duration of the session. We understand this requirement may feel strict. However, in order to genuinely verify that the product was used as directed — and to protect the integrity of this guarantee for all our honest customers — we must ensure real, consistent usage took place. If you truly used the device every day for 90 days, meeting this condition will be effortless. And if you did use it consistently, we are confident you will have seen results long before reaching this point.

B Embedded timestamp: Every video must be recorded exclusively using the Timestamp Camera application, which embeds directly onto the video the exact date, time, and GPS location — data that cannot be edited after recording.

C Unbroken daily sequence: The Customer must submit exactly 90 separate videos with consecutive and distinct dates. A single missing day will render the claim ineligible.

D Product return: The product must be returned to the Company in its original packaging, intact and undamaged, at the Customer's expense.

E Proof of purchase: The Customer must provide the original purchase receipt or order confirmation to verify the date of purchase.

Section 4 — How to Submit a Claim

4.1 To initiate a claim, the Customer must contact our support team via email and attach all 90 videos, the original proof of purchase, and bank account details for the refund transfer.

4.2 The Company will review the claim within 14 business days and respond in writing.

4.3 Upon approval of a valid claim, the double refund will be transferred to the Customer's account within 7 business days.

*Regardless of whether you choose to pursue the double refund option, you are always entitled to a full standard refund within 90 days — subject to product return.
